摘要
对桂糖11号和台糖134两个甘蔗品种进行不同的施氮终止期处理。测定结果表明:中晚熟种台糖134+1叶处理间苹果酸酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性无明显差异,但8月、10月止氮的Mg^(++)ATP酶、Ca^(++)ATP酶活性明显低于其它处理。早熟种桂糖11号5月止氮的苹果酸酶活性明显低于其它处理,与叶绿素含量有相同的变化趋势;8月、10月止氮处理的过氧化物酶活性明显高于5月、7月止氮处理的,与蔗糖分含量的变化相同。
Experiment with different time for ending nitrogen application was conducted with two sugarcane varieties, Guitang Noll and F134. For F184, a middle—late varity, the activities of malic enzyme, polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase showed no differences among the treatment, but the activities of Mg^(++)—ATPase and Ca^(++)—ATPase lower in the treatments ending N application in August and October as compared with the other treatments. For Guitang Noll, an early variety, the activities of malic enzyme was lower in the treatment ending N application in May than the other, so was the content of chlorophyll. The activities of peroxidaso was obviously higher in the treatments ending N application in August and October than in May and July, which was consistent with the change of sucrose content in cane.
