摘要
目的 通过对剖宫产和阴道分娩产妇出血量、出血率及乳汁始动时间的分析 ,比较不同分娩方式的优劣。方法 将 2 75例住院分娩产妇随机分为自然分娩组和剖宫组 ,两组在孕妇平均年龄、平均孕周、新生儿平均体重及窒息发生率方面有可比性。分析两组在产后出血率、出血量及乳汁始动时间的差别。结果 不同分娩方式产妇在产后出血率、出血量及乳汁始动时间方面有统计学意义 ,阴道分娩组各项指标均优于剖宫产组。结论 经阴道分娩是一个自然的生理过程 ,与剖宫产分娩方式相比 ,可减少产后出血率 ,缩短乳汁始动时间 。
Objective To analyze postpartum hemorrhage rate in vaginal delivery and cesarean section,lactating time,hemorrhage quantity,and to investigate the advantage and shortcoming of different delivery patterns.Methods 275 hospitalized parturiens were randomly divided into two groups,vaginal delivery group and cesarean section group. The postpartum hemorrhage rate,hemorrhage quantity and lactating time were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant defferences in these parameters between two groups,and these parameters in vaginal delivery group is superior to those in cesarean section group.Conclusion The vaginal delivery is natural physical process,which is of great advantage to the health of parturien and infant.
