摘要
目的 追踪分析颈及颌面部肿块的超声图像改变与病理之间的关系 ,提高超声对颈及颌部肿块疾病的诊断准确率。方法 本文回顾性分析了 46例颈及颌面部肿块的声像图特点、超声诊断 ,追踪其手术或穿刺的病理结果对照分析。结果 46例颈及颌面部肿块中 ,实质性肿块 3 3例 ,超声诊断准确率 45 5 % ;囊性肿块 9例 ,准确率 77 8% ;囊实混合性肿块 4例 ,准确率 5 0 %。结论 颈及颌面部肿块病种繁杂 ,部分病变超声图像特征不明显。本研究显示超声诊断囊性肿块准确率较高 ,建议先判断肿块属于实质性、囊性或混合性 ,再结合血流做良性、恶性的诊断 ;最后结合病史做病名的诊断。
Objective To find the relationship between the sonographics characteristics and pathologic changes of cervical and maxillofacial tumors,try to make the diagnosis of cervical and maxillofacial tumors more accurate and efficeint.Methods We reviewed and analysed the ultrasonics characteristics,sonographic diagnosis and factual pathologic results in 46 cases of cervical or maxillofacial tumors.Results 33 of the 46 cases were substantive tumor,in these cases the diagnostic accuracy was 45.5%. The ultrasonic diagnostic accuracy was 77.8% in the 9 cases of cystic tumor,and 50% in the 4 cases of mixed tumor.Conclusion Cervical and maxillofacial tumors appear complicated in ultrasonic diagnosis,and the sonographic characteristics are not prominent.Our study shows that the diagnostic accuracy is relatively high in cystic tumors.As a result,its commended to firstly label the tumor substantive,cystic or mixed.Then,judge it benign or malignant according to the blood steam and at last combine the ultrasonic diagnosis with the clinic data to do the final diagnosis.
