摘要
本文运用模糊理论,建立了水电站梯级选优的层次分析模型,提出了一种多因素权重分配的新方法—比较矩阵构造法。作者将模糊层次综合评价方法应用于某流域梯级方案的优选问题,结果表明该方法合理、实用。
By using fuzzy theory, the multilevel model for the optimization of the cascade hydropower station is studied and a new method SCMM(Structrured Comparison Matrix Method) for the weight distribution of multi-index has been developed. The fuzzy hierachy synthetic evaluation is adopted to optimize the cascade plan of a river basin. The computation results show that this method is reasonable and practicable.
