摘要 首先简介裂纹技术,然后从分析切削加工的原始基点和本来含义出发,寻找二者的结合点。研究结果表明:裂纹技术的理想应力场和工程理想应力场,既可作为切削过程优化设计的最佳目标,也可作为各种已有(或将产生的)特种加工方法优劣的衡量指标,特别是裂纹技术的核心要素——裂纹,为切削加工提供了一把天然的,无限锋利的切具,使研究理想切削成为可能。文中还进一步指出,在裂纹技术的理论指导下主动控制,干预传统切削加工过程中可能出现的裂纹的萌生和扩展,有许多待开拓的研究领地,其结果将对鳞刺的抑制,切屑的顺利流出和切削效率的提高起重要作用。 Crack technique is first introduced in this paper. Then,based on the analysis of the principle and the implication of cutting process,the key connection between crack technique and cutting machining is explored. It is shown after the investigation that the ideal stress field in crack technique and the engineering ideal stress field can be taken as the optional objective for optimum design of cutting process as well as a quality evaluation indicator of special processing methods now existing or will-to-be developed. Especially,the nucleus of crack technique,crack,provides a natural and a very sharp cutter for cutting machining and makes the investigation of ideal cutting possible. It is also pointed out further in this paper that , under the guide of the theory of crack technique, the initiation and extention of the crack possibly occuring during cutting process may be controlled and interfered so that a lot of investigation field is remained to be explored. The results of future investigation will play an inportant role in the elimination of scale-burr,removal of the chips,and improvement of cutting efficiency.
