摘要
目的 :观察氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂万灵对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效和现场灭效。方法 :药膜法。结果 :(1)当药物浓度在 0 .0 0 2 5 %以上时 ,半数击倒时间KT50 均在 9分钟以内 :0 .0 0 2 5 %为 7’31”(6’2 6”～ 8’4 7”) ,0 .0 0 5 %为 8’10”(7’30”～ 8’5 4”) ,0 .0 1%为 5’2 4”(4’5 5” - 5’5 5”) ,0 .0 2 %为 4’31”(3’4 4”～ 5’2 9”) ;(2 ) :半数致死浓度LC50 为0 .0 0 0 9993% (0 .0 0 0 90 0 5 %～ 0 .0 0 110 9% ) ,毒力分别比奋斗呐、溴氰菊酯强 1.1倍和 6 .2倍 :(3)当药物浓度在 0 .0 0 2 5 %以上时 ,2 4小时死亡率均为 10 0 % ;(4 )持效 :0 .0 2 %浓度药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放 5个月后 ,2 4小时死亡率为 10 0 %。结论 :万灵 2 4 %水剂毒力强 ,气味小 ,不易燃 ,对人畜较为安全 ,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中使用。
Objective:To studies the control efficacy of 24% Lannate against Xenopsylla cheopis. Methods:residual smearing method. Results:①in the concentration ≥0.0025%, the KT 50<9min: 0.0025% is 8'55'(7'52'-10'05'), 0.005% is 8'19'(7'40'-9'01'), 0.01% is 5'24'(4'55'-5'55'), 0.02% is 4'31'(3'44'-5'29');②the LC 50 is 0.0009993%(0.0009005%～0.001109%), the toxicity of Lannate was 1.1 times that of fendona, and 6.2 times that of deltmethrin; ③although the 100% mortality 24 hour) with the Lannate concentration of 0.0025% and above; ④when used as residual smearing, 0.02% Lannate can be keep its efficacy more than 150 days under room temperature. Conclusion:The Lannate can be used in flea-control in plague epidemic area.
