摘要
目的 评价日本Sysmex公司生产CA 15 0 0型血凝仪检测结果的准确性。方法 我们对该机与德国生产的BC 4plus血凝仪做了对比试验、重复性试验、互染率及性能测试。对不同病例的血标本 ,进行凝血酶原时间 (PT)对比测试分析。结果 通过试验显示 ,两机有良好的相关性。结论 CA 15 0 0型血凝仪性能好 。
Objective For studying the test accuracy of CA 1500 blood coagulation analyzer,the production of SYSMEX corporation in Japan.Methods We have done contrastive experiments,repetitive experiments and the tests of carryover. Meanwhile,we contrast the results to those of the BC 4plus blood coagulation analyzer which made in Germany.With the blood examples of different cases,we have done some analysis about the contrastivc experiments of prothrombin time.Results It shows that the two machines contain good relativity.Conclusion The capability of Sysmex CA 1500 blood coagulation analyzer is well.It could fill the need of clinical blood coagulation guideine tests.
