摘要
检测导磁材料的表面裂纹.根据实验结果,采用相敏检波电路提取裂纹信号并抑制干扰信号.用相关的电路模块设计了符合要求的金属表面裂纹深度定量标定系统.该系统对标定裂纹深度是有效的,有一定的实用价值.
To detect the crack of steel material surface, a phase-sensitive circuit is used to detect the signal of cracks and restrain interferential signal. The correlative circuit modules are used to design the quantitative indication system for crack depth on the surface of steel material. The system is effective in indicating crack depth.So it has certain applied value.
