摘要
“以顾客为关注焦点”是质量管理几项原则之首,足见顾客的重要性。着重分析了以顾客为中心的经营理念的现实意义,从“卡诺的顾客感知模型”理论出发阐述了如何实现以顾客为中心的经营理念。
Taking customers as the concerned focus is the first of quality management principles.It shows that customers are quite important.This paper mainly analyzes theoretical sense and describes how to realize this managing theoretical sense started from Carnon customers sensation model theory.
