摘要
采用机械振动焊接与埋弧自动焊接钢板对比实验方法,通过冲击试验分析研究了机械振动焊接对冲击功AK值的影响。结果表明,机械振动焊接可提高焊缝及热影响区试样的冲击功;试样冲击功AK值提高百分率与频率、振幅(激振力)有显著关系。
By contrasting mechanical vibration welding to unionmelt welding and analysis of compact energy Ak affected by mechanical vibration welding,the result shows that the compact energy of welding seam and the area heat affected may be raised.The raised percentage is obviously related to vibration frequency and amplitude (vibrated force).
