摘要
本文应用阳极极化曲线、XPS、AES和EDX等手段研究了不同Mo含量的26Cr超纯铁素体不锈钢在中性含Cl^-介质中的抗点蚀行为。结果表明合金元素Mo的加人可以进一步改善26Cr超纯铁素体不锈钢的抗点蚀能力。
Pitting resistance of super-pure ferrttic stainless steels with different Mo contents in neutral chloride solution and 10% FeCl_3 · 6H_2O+0.5MHCl solution at 50℃ has been studied by anodic polarization , X-Ray photo—electron spectra, auger-electron spectra and EDX. It was shown that the improvement of pitiing resistance for the steels in chloride solution by Mo addtion is due to: (1) The degree of Cr erichment Cr in the passive film is increased as the Mo content in the steels increased; (2) In the weak points of film the adsorption of MoO_4^(2-) ions, which results from the dissolution of alloying element Mo in the steels makes the passive film more compact and homogeneous.
