摘要
具有SPI串行接口 ,可同时驱动 8位共阴式数码管 (或 6 4只独立LED) ,还可连接多达 6 4键的矩阵键盘 ,单片即可完成LED驱动显示、键盘接口全部功能的智能显示键盘控制芯片ZLG72 89A的功能和特点。根据数控切割系统对环境和工作人员的要求 ,以ZLG72 89A为核心设计的键盘、显示电路结构更为简洁 ,功能更加完备 ,可靠性高 ,且使用方便 ,适于推广。实践表明ZLG72 89A相对于常用的 82 79在使用中占线少 ,外围器件少 ,驱动电流大 ,抗干扰能力强 ,方便好用。文中详细介绍了在数控切割系统中该芯片的硬件接口和软件设计方法 ,并指出了在编程时需注意的几点事项。
This paper introduces the function and the character of the intellectual displaying and keyboard micro-controller ZLG7289A which has SPI serial interface and can connect with 64 key boards and drive eight digital tubes or 64 LED at the same time. One chip has functions of driving the displaying of LED and the interface of keyboards. According to the demand of the environment and the worker of the numerical control incising system the design of the interface circuit of keyboard and displaying are made compact, convenient, with perfect functions, high stability, and suit to be popular. The practice shows that ZLG7289A is less wires,less chips, higher driving current, stronger ability of anti-interrupt and more convenient than 8279. The paper introduces briefly of the circuit and the method of the system, and points out some items which should be paid attention to for further designing the program.
