摘要
用涂Na_2SO_4盐膜法研究了单晶DD8合金、定向凝固DZ38G合金和普通精铸M38G合金在900℃和950℃空气中的热腐蚀行为。结果表明,组织均匀的单晶合金抗热腐蚀性能最好;普通精铸合金在晶界上优先发生硫化和氧化;定向凝固合金中的大块初生γ相聚集区发生严重的加速氧化。
The Na_2SO_4-induced hot corrosion of monocrystalline DD8, directionally solidified DZ38G, and conventionally cast M38G alloys at 900℃ and 950℃ in air has been studied. It was found that among the three alloys DD8 was the best hot-corrosion resistant; Sulfidation and oxidation occurred preferentially alohg grain boundries of M38G and DZ38G suffered severe corrosion in the coarse primary γ′ phase gathering area.
