摘要
介绍了几种自行研制开发的螺旋面钻尖刃磨机床。这些刃磨机结构简单 ,成本低 ,操作容易。在这些刃磨机上所刃磨出的螺旋面钻尖与普通钻头钻尖相比可实现自动定心功能 ,且钻削轴向力小。
It is necessary to develop drill point grinders in order to improve drilling quality and efficiency. Several kinds of helical drill point grinders developed are presented. These grinders are mechanically simple,low cost and are easy to be used. The helical drill points ground by these grinders provide better self-centering performance and also require less thrust cutting force than the conventional drill points.
