摘要
虚拟资本是独立于实体资本之外、以有价证券形式存在的、能给持有者带来一定收益的资本。在当代,虚拟资本的内涵和外延都扩大了。虚拟资本有其不同于其它资本的独特运动方式。虚拟资本的价值增殖对实体资本、国民财富、国民收入及其分配产生了极大影响。虚拟资本在市场上的价格决定方式也不同于其它商品或资本。
Fictitious capital are various kinds of securities or vouchers which are independent of real capital, have no value itself, but can be exchanged as the goods. In modern times, the connotation and extension of the fictitious capital are widened. Fictitious capital functions in a particular manner which is different with that of the other capitals. The increment of fictitious capital has important effects on real capital, national fortune, national income, and their distribution in the nations. And the determinant of the prices of fictitious capital was also different with that of the other goods or capitals.
