Advance on Study of Cu Nano - powders

摘要 综述了纳米铜粉的性能、应用领域及各种制备方法,介绍了一种纳米铜粉的制备方法一封闭循环氢还原法。该法以CuSO4·5H2O和NaOH为原料,采用沉淀方法制备粒径为30-70 nm的Cu(OH)2粉末,其反应条件为:反应温度25±1℃,反应终点pH值大于7,陈化时间1 h。用封闭循环氢还原法,在240℃下还原得到了Cu粉,其粒径在40-80 nm之间,纯度为99.26%。 The Advance in preparation of Cu nano - powders was summarized. A Cu nano-powders Preparation method-seal circulation hydrogen reducing was introduced. The precursor of Cu(OH)2 was prepared with NaOH and CuSO4·5H2O using the chemical precipitation. The Cu(OH)2 particle size was 30-70 nm. The reaction conditions were that: reacting temperature was 25 ± 1 ℃ , pH value of reacting terminal was 7, ageing time was 1 h. The even Cu nano-powders was prepared by seal circulation hydrogen reducing Cu(OH)2 nano-powders at 240 ℃ .The Cu particle size was 40 - 80 nm. Purity was 99.26% .
