摘要
通过在自然变温下对美洲斑潜蝇(LiriomyzasativaeBlanchard)饲养观察获得的各虫态发育历期数据的分析,依据有效积温法则,测算出卵、幼虫、蛹、产卵前期的成虫以及世代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为14.63、11.94、13.64、16.50、13.69℃和40.58、59.73、102.19、15.38、203.06℃,并建立了历期预测式,可用于发生期和防治适期的预测。
Liriomyza sativae Blanchard was raised and observed under natural conditions,the data about its developmental dura-tion were recorded and analyzed.Results showed that the developmental t emperature thresholds and effectiv e cumulative tempera-tures required for eggs,larva,pupa,adult at preoviposition stage and t he whole generation were 14.63℃,11.94℃,13.64℃,16.50℃,13.69℃,and 40.58,59.76,102.19,15.38,203.06degree days re spectively.The forecast formulae o f developmental duration were establ ished for forecasting its occurrence and determining appropriate contr ol times.
