摘要
运用文献和实验研究 ,根据健美操运动的特点、教学环境和对象的状况 ,构建了一套健美教学的复合式模式。实验结果表明
With the materal analyses and the experimental methods,the paper has researched the effect of teaching organization and the body building course in the university. The result shows that the compound teaching model is better suited for the bodybuilding course,which has suitable effect in concrete practice.
