摘要
西部地区中小企业发展对西部大开发具有战略意义 ,而目前融资问题成了中小企业的发展瓶颈。基于对国外现行融资模式和西部中小企业融资的现状 ,必须探讨西部地区中小企业在生命周期不同阶段融资模式的现实选择 ,以及目标融资模式的设计。
The development of small & medium enterprises plays a strategic role in developing the west, but the difficulty in financing is the bottleneck to them. This paper, based on analyzing the financing mode abroad and the real condititions of the west, discusses the choice of financing mode in the different stage of a enterprise's life cycle and makes a design of the proper mode of raising money in the future.
