摘要
随着知识经济时代的来临 ,创新研究与区域经济相融合 ,对区域创新活动尤其是区域创新系统的研究已成为创新研究的前沿问题之一。我国改革开放后 2 0多年来 ,沿海开放区域经济社会发展取和了辉煌成就 ,其中一个关键因素 ,就是不断创新 。
