摘要
测定61例肾病患者(慢性肾炎22例、慢性肾炎并发肾功能衰竭23例、肾病综合征16例)血清TC,TG,HDLc,H/C比值和Apo A_1,B水平,与82例相应年龄正常对照组比较,结果显示所有肾病患者血清TC和Apo B水平显著升高。血清HDLc在慢性肾炎并发肾功能衰竭者下降明显,3组肾病H/C比值均有显著下降,表明肾病患者脂质代谢紊乱显著,其血清脂质测定有助于病程和疗效观察。
In this paper, we examined the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLc), H/C ratio and apolipoprotein A1, B (Apo A1, B)in 61 patients with kid- ney diseases,in which there were 22 cases of chronic nephritis, 16 cases of nephrotic syndrome and 23 cases chronic nephritis accompanied with renal failure. Date were compared with those from 82 cases in the healthy group of the same age. The results show that the levels of TC、Apo B were elevated signifi- cantly in all patients. The content of HDLc was reduced significantly in the chronic nephritis accompa- nied with renal failure and H/C ratio was decreased significantly in all patients. Our study suggests that the lipid metabolism changed significantly in the patients with kidney diseases and the measurement of lipid contents may be beneficial for observation of disease conditions.
