摘要
产业转型是企业发展过程中的重大决策,实施转型战略机遇与风险并存。在产业转型过程中的不确定因素有转入产业结构的变化和企业在新产业竞争地位的变化。转型成功的关键因素是转型决策的正确性、建立竞争优势、避免资源使用上发生冲突和浪费。转型决策的内容为:是否转型的决策、转入行业的选择、技术战略的选择等。
Industrial transition is a significant decision in the process of enterprise development. Opportunities and risks coexist when transition strategy is implemented in the enterprise. The uncertain factors in the process of industrial transition are the changes in the structure of the newly-entered industry and the change of the competitive position of the enterprise in the newly-entered industry. The key factors for a successful transition are the correctness of transition decision, the establishment of competitive advantage, the avoidance of conflicts and waste in the usage of resources. The contents of transition decision are as follows: The decision concerning the transition, the choice of the industry that the enterprise may change over to and the choice of technical strategies.
