茶苗对No_3^-的吸收动力学及硝酸还原酶活性

摘要 3个不同品种茶苗吸收NO^-_3的动力学分析表明:k_m值,毛蟹<本山<大叶乌龙;V_max值,大叶乌龙>毛蟹>本山,茶苗经NO^-_3亏缺的溶液预培养2d后置于不同NO^-_ 3浓度的溶液中培养,结果显示:在一定NO^-_浓度范围内,溶液中NO^-_3含量增大,NO^-_3吸收上运速率提高,叶片中的NO^-_3含量增多,硝酸还原酶活性增强.根部NO^-_3的吸收上运速率调节着硝酸还原酶的诱导及其活性。 The kinetics of nitrate uptakes in 3 tea varieties were studied, k_m was listed as Maoxie<Benshan<Daye Oolong;V_max was listed as Daye Oolong>Maoxie>Benshan.Seedlings were pretreated with nitrate deficiency for 2 days,and then the NO^-_3 uptake abilities of roots were measured in va- rious nitrate concentration of culture solution.When the concentrations of NO^-_3 were increased within the certain range,there was a marked increase in the rate of nitrate transport to shoots,and both nitrate reductase activities and nitrate contents in leaves were also increased.The rates of nitrate transport to shoot regulate the induction and activities of nitrate reductase.
