摘要
对83例血液病患者骨髓液测定丙氨酸转氨酶(AST),天门冬酸转氨酶(ALT),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK),羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBD)含量,同时测定19例正常人骨髓液作对比。发现慢性粒细胞的白血病患者骨髓液AST,HBD,LDH,CPK明显升高,分别是正常的3～5倍;急性淋巴细胞白血病的AST是正常的3倍。经化疗完全缓解后,水平均下降至接近正常。测定9例各种白血病患者骨髓CPK的同功酶,以CPK-MB为主,而非白血病者则以CPK-MM或CPK-BB为主。上述改变,可作为白血病病情及疗数判断的参考指标。
We investigated levels of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartic acid transaminase (AST), lactic de- hydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), and hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase (HBD) in bone marrow in patients with hematonosis and 19 controls. The levels of AST,HBD and LDH in chronic my- oloid leukemia were 3 to 5 times as high as that in controls. The above-mentioned enzymes decreased to near normality during complete remission stage after chemotherapy. It was also found that creatine phosphokinase isoenzymes in 9 cases of leukemia were mainly CPK-MB,and CPK-MM or CPK-BB in patients with non-leukemia. This result shows that determination of those enzymes might be used as a parameter for leukemia during the course of treatment.
