摘要
通过在25℃恒温条件下的饲养观察,组建桔全爪螨实验种群的生命表,使用多列矩阵模型描述了种群的年龄一虫态结构,并计算出反映种群增长动态的几个重要参数,即内禀增长能力(r_m)、净繁殖率(R_o)、世代平均历期(T)、周限增长率(λ)结果表明,利用生命生殖力表计算得到的种群参数值与利用多列矩阵模型计算得到的种群参数值很接近,由此可见,应用多列矩阵模型描述桔全爪螨种群的增长动态是成功的。
This paper deals with the laboratory population life table and multiple column matrix model of citrus red mite(CRM),Panonychus cirri McGregor,reared and observed at the constant temperature of 25℃. The population parameters,namely net reproductive rate(R_0)_3mean length of a generation(T),innate capac- ity for increase(r_m)and tinite rate of increase(λ)were calculated based on the life table data and the model, respectively.The values of population parameters were fairly approximate calculated from two data sources, which indicated that the population dynamics of citrus red mite had been successfully described with the mul- tiple column matrix model.
