摘要
通过盆栽和田间试验,测定了激抗剂 ER847,ER849,ER851协调处理对烟草花叶病的控病效应、结果表明:3种激抗剂对该病均有明显控制作用,ER847和 ER851主要对烟草花叶病毒侵染有抑制作用,ER849主要有抑制该病毒增殖作用.3种激抗剂均可激发烟株过氧化物酶同工酶活性,3种激抗协调处理烟株较单一激抗剂处理效果更好。因此在田间利用 ER847,ER849和 ER851协调处理是控制烟草花叶病的一项简易、经济有效的措施.
It was carried out in pots and field to control Tobacco Mosaic Virus disease using ER847, ER849 and ER851.The results showed that each of them could reduce the concentration of TMV in plants by inhibiting TMV infection(ER847,ER851)and TMV proliferation(ER849),respectively;the activity and the bands of isoenzyme of the peroxidase in plants increased when the plants was sprayed with ER847, ER849 and ER851,respetively,and that the effect of ER847,Er849 and ER851 on the controlling Tobacco Mosaic Virus disease cooperatively was higher than of ER847,ER849 and ER851 individual.Therefore,it may be a hopeful way to use exciting resistance agents to control Tobacco Mosaic Virus disease cooperatively.
