摘要
本文报道了福州市某鸭场于1991年底,在一群7周龄左右的巴巴厘番鸭雏中发生一种以萎顿、软脚、拉稀和神经症状为特征的传染性疫病。根据临诊和病理学检查结果以及病原学检验,从病死鸭脑中分离培养出一株 O_(87)血清型的大肠杆菌,诊断为大肠杆菌性脑病,这是在国内首次报道了鸭大肠杆菌病的一个新病型。
In December 1991,an infections disease characterized by depression,leg weakness,diarrhea and nervous signs occured in a flock of muscovy ducklings aged about seven weeks in a duck farm of Fuzhou. Clinical and pathological examinatious as well as etiological study were undertaken over the affected duck- ings and dead ones.As a nesult,a strain of Escherichia coil with serotype O_( 7) was isloated and identified from the brain of the affected duchlings.Therefore,the disease was diagnosed as duck colibacillus encephalopathy. This is a new type of cluck colibacillosis first reported in our country.
