摘要
目的 探讨Wistar大鼠在雌雄不同配比情况下雌鼠的受孕率 ,旨在实验需求孕鼠量不同时 ,以选择最佳的雌雄配比方式。方法 采用阴道内精子检查法检查被检动物 ,雌雄配比分别为 1∶1、2∶1、3∶1的交配方式。结果 Wistar大鼠在雌雄配比分别为 1∶1、2∶1、3∶1交配时 ,其受孕率分别为 19%、15 8%、9%。结论 短时间内孕鼠需要量较大情况下 ,选用受孕率较高的 1∶1雌雄交配方式较为合适 ;在允许时间内需要适当量孕鼠情况下 ,选用2∶1雌雄配比的交配方式 ,既可满足实验需求 ,节省动物资源 。
Objective To investigate pregnant rate in Wistar rats matched with different female/male ratio and its application on breeding.Methods Sperm in vegina was checked for pregnant development.Results The pregnant rats of Wistar rats were 19%,15.8% and 9% respectively while female/male ratios were 1∶1, 2∶1 and 3∶1.Conclusion The different female/male ratios could be used according to requirements and consideration of animal resources and funds.
