摘要
目的 研究Wistar大鼠皮瓣移植前后FGF受体分布特点。方法 免疫组织化学技术 ,SP染色。结果 Wistar大鼠皮瓣表皮基底层细胞 ,真皮层、皮下组织和深筋膜中的血管内皮细胞 ,成纤维细胞及毛囊、汗腺的上皮细胞都有FGF受体。FGF受体免疫反应阳性细胞数在皮瓣移植术后 1～ 5天逐渐增加 ,第 5天达高峰 ,第 7天恢复到术前水平。结论 Wistar大鼠皮瓣各层组织细胞中都存在FGF受体。FGF受体免疫反应阳性细胞数在术后 1～ 5天逐渐增加 ,第
Objective To examine the distributive characteristics of the FGF\|R before and after the skin flap transplantation in Wistar rats. Methods Immunohistochemical technique and SP staining method were used. Results FGF receptors existed in the basal stratum cells of the epidermis, the vascular endothelial cells and fibroblasts of the dermis and hypodermis, and the epithelial cells of the hair follicle and the sweat gland in the skin flap of Wistar rat. The quantity of the positive immunoreactive cells increased gradually from the 1st day to fifth day after operation, and the peak value was on the fifth day, then returned to the pre\|operation level on the seventh day. Conclusion FGF\|R existed in all these cells in the skin flap of Wistar rat. The quantity of the positive immunoreactive cells for FGF\|R increased gradually from the 1st day after operation, and the peak value is on the fifth day.
