摘要
目的 探讨ICR生长小鼠的能量需要量 ,研究小鼠对不同能量水平的利用率。方法 采用蛋白质含量相同、5个能量水平的日粮饲喂ICR离乳小鼠 ,研究日粮能量与小鼠日增重、采食量、饲料消耗的关系 ,计算能量表观消化率。结果和结论 试验表明在日粮粗蛋白含量为 2 0 %,维生素、矿物质等营养物质满足小鼠生长需要的情况下 ,雌、雄小鼠分别对能量水平为 16 0 2~ 17 5 7MJ kg、16 0 2~ 16 82MJ kg日粮的表观消化率较高 ,小鼠生长阶段日粮的适宜能量水平为 15 2 3~ 17 5 7MJ kg ,以 15 2 3~ 16 0 2MJ kg为最佳含量。
Objective To determine the appropriate general energy(GE) level of weaning ICR mice and calculate the apparent digestibility of GE.Methods Five groups of weaning ICR mice were fed with different diet containing five GE level with sufficient crude protein,vitamin and mineral supplement for the growing up.The digestive trial was performed to determine the body gaining,feed intaking and consumption in three periods.Results and Conclusion The experiment indicated that the highest apparent digestibility was with the GE level of 16.02-17.57MJ/kg in famale mice and 16.02-16.82MJ/kg in male mice.The appropriate GE level for weaning ICR mice was 15.23-17.57MJ/kg,15.23-16.02MJ/kg being the best.
