摘要
正常小鼠小肠匀浆经加热、离心、盐析和提取核酸等步骤制备提取物;用单位面积法对各提取物分别进行生物活性鉴定,用紫外法和生化法对提取的核酸进行生化成分的分析。结果表明,从小肠匀浆中提取的DNA和RNA均能提高受照射小鼠的肠腺存活率。并认为其有效成分为核酸类物质。
The intestine homogenate of mice was undergone stepwise pro-cedure of heating, centrifugation. salting out and nucleic acid isolation, and eachfraction was subjected to biological activity assay using the method of crypt coun-ting per unit intestine area in mice. The results showed that the nucleic acid extra-cted from intestine homogenate. either DNA or RNA, was capable of enhancing thecrypt survival in mice after γ-irradiation. These are consistent with our previousresults obtained by using the crude extract of intestine homogenate. Therefore. thecrypt survival enhancing entities in intestine homogenate of mice are identified tobe nucleic acids.
