摘要
本文对撕裂的机理进行了探讨,认为撕裂强度主要取决于单根胶原纤维束的抗张强度和断裂伸长率。较重的碱处理,包括硫化碱.烧碱用量过多;二次碱膨胀和臀部包碱:长时间转动等,都能明显降低猪正面眼装革的撕裂强度。建议部标准关于猪正面服装革撕裂强度量值规定修订为≥20N/mm。
The author has investigated the mechanism of leather tearing strength and suggests that the tearing strength of leather mainly depends on the ten- sile strength and break-stretch of simple collagen fiber in leather.Based on the experiments,it can be seen that the tearing strength of pig garment grain leather will be obviously reduced by strong alkaline conditions during process,for example,the amount of sodium sulphite and sodium hydrate to be excessive,twice alkali swelling,and alkline treatment(rotating)with long time.As the result,author suggests that the standard about tearing strength of pig garment grain leather in our country should be corrected to be ≥20N/mm.
