摘要
本文提出用组合测量法在线连续测量NaOH和NaCl混合液的浓度。由电导仪、密度仪、温度测量仪,单片机、样品预处理装置构成组合测量系统。应用矩阵测量及坐标变换法找出各组份浓度与检测参数之间的数学模型,将模型输入计算机,即可根据测量参数计算并显示多元组份的浓度。
A combination measurement method for continuously determining concentrations of NaOH and NaCl in mixed solution is reported. The measurement system is composed of a conduetivity meter a densitometer, a temperature sensor, a single-chip computer and a sample preparation device. By finding out the mathematical model of relationship between concentrations of ingredients and measurement parameters using matrix measurement and coordinate conversion method it is possible to calculate and display the concentrations of eaeh component according to measured parameters by inputting the model into computer.
