摘要 本文评述了近几年来电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)和辉光放电质谱仪(GDMS)的发展。介绍了基础研究、商品仪器和应用情况,展望了今后的发展前景。 This paper comments on the recent advances of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and glow discharge mass s pectrometry(GDMS). The basic researches, commercial instruments and applications are described. The perspective of future development is reviewed.
