摘要
本文针对用可控硅供电给滑差电机励磁,仅有转速负反馈的单闭环调速系统的缺点,提出了采用大功率晶体管供电给滑差电机励磁,具有电流内环和转速外环的新型调速系统。此方案的优点是:Ⅰ、能保证宽的调速范围;Ⅱ、精度高;Ⅲ、动态特性好;Ⅳ、系统的固有参数(时间常数和放大倍数)随转速变化具有互补特性。提出在一的简化条件下,利用综合定常系统的“典型Ⅱ型”系统的方法来综合这类非定常系统定转速环。文中给出了计算实例和实验结果。
The current slip electrical machine speed control system(SMSCS),when the exciting coil is fed by a SCR converter and the control structure only has a speed feedback loop,has some disadvantages.To overcome them,a new SWSCS is proposed.In this system,the exciting coil is fed by a GTR converter instead of a SCR converter and it has more than one speed feed- back loop.The advantages are:i.wide speed range;ii.High accuracy;iii. Good dynamical response,iv.The varying of main system time constant and the varying of system gain can be conpensated by each other.An engineer- ing design approach of this kind of nonstationary system is proposed,which is based on the typical Ⅱ-type constant system design approach.The practical examples and experimental results are also given.
