摘要
针对当前地理信息系统(GIS)专业的发展现状和社会对GIS领域的人才需求,论述了工程能力培养在GIS专业人才 培养中的地位和作用,探讨了以工程能力培养为核心的人才培养模式,提出了工程能力培养的一些有效措施。
Aiming at the status quo of the development of GIS speciality and the social needs of the talents in GIS domain, the paper describes the position and role of the engineering capacity cultivation in the training of GIS talents, researches on the talent cultivation mode taking the engineering capacity as its kernel,and puts forward some useful measures for cultivating them.
