摘要
本文应用化学分析用光电子能谱和动态粘弹谱表征了超细碳酸钙的表面处理效果和它与 PVC 的相互作用程度。实验结果表明:筛选的具有长链氧乙烯结构的胺类物质 SA2是超细碳酸钙优良表面处理剂,它能有效地润湿、包覆超细碳酸钙,减缓或消除超细碳酸钙的聚集,加强在树脂中的分散,提高与树脂的相互作用,改善了填充 PVC 的力学性能。
The surface treatment effect of finer CaGO_3 and its interaction with PVC have been studied by means of electron spectroscope for chemical analysis and dynamic viscoelastic spectrum.The results show that SA2 can wet and cover CaCO_3 to prevent it from aggregating.The interaction is increased owing to uniform dispersion of finer CaCO_3 in matrix,so the filled PVC with finer CaCO_3 has a satisfactory mechanical properties.
