下尿路非肾上腺素非胆碱能神经功能的研究进展

摘要 下尿路的主要功能是储存尿液及定期自膀胱排泄尿液。这需要一个复杂的神经调控系统来协调膀胱、尿道平滑肌 ,以及外括约肌及盆底肌的活动。下尿路的神经支配 ,除肾上腺素能、胆碱能神经及体神经外 ,非肾上腺素能非胆碱能神经也发挥着重要作用。本文对下尿路非肾上腺素能非胆碱能神经主要受体。
