摘要
目的 :探讨中西医结合非手术疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效与价值。方法 :(1)内科常规治疗及重症监测 ;(2)一经确诊立即静注奥曲肽100μg,以后持续静脉滴注25μg/小时 ,连用5～7天 ;(3)中医中药治疗 :气血败乱期用增液承气汤 ,热结阳明期用大陷胸汤合大柴胡汤方。结果 :本组32例治愈30例 ,无效2例 ,住院时间13～22天。结论 :中西医结合非手术疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎是一种安全、高效的治疗方法。
Objective:To study the clinical effect and value of non-operative treatment of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for treating acute severe pancreatitis.Methods:(1)Routine medical treatment and severe monitoring were used in all patients of this group.(2)The intravenous injection of octretide100ug was immediately performed as soon as this disease was diagnosed,then continuous intraˉvenous drip of octretide25ug/h was done for5to7days.(3)Which chinese medicine treatment,zengyechengqi soup was used in the period of disturbance of qi and blood,while daxianxiong soup and dachaihu soup were used in the period of accumulation of pathogenic heat in the yangˉming.Results:Of34cases with acute severe pancreatitis in this group,32were cure,2were failure to be converted to operative treatment.The hospitalization time was13to22days.Conclusion:Non-operative treatment of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine is a safe and well effective method for treating acute severe pancreatitis.
