摘要
转向架寿命是转向架的重要经济技术指标。现代设计技术表明 ,载荷特征掌握越具体 ,结构寿命预计越准确。如果动车转向架电机吊座的寿命预计欠精确 ,势必影响转向架整体寿命预计。通过在线试验 ,拟合了地铁动车转向架电机振动加速度概率密度函数 ,预计了 30年间不同加速度值出现的频次 ,并将统计的电机垂向加速度与其它国家有关标准中的电机加速度作了比较 ,为该部件的强度设计和寿命预计提供依据。
The life-circle is the most important economic and technical index of the bogie.As is shown by the modern design technology,the more concrete data of the load characters,the more accurate the prediction of the structural life will be.And vice versa.This paper studies the dynamic load of motor's vertical vibration in metro power bogie and predicts the frequency of different accelerations during the past 30 years through on-line tests.Compared with the values selected from other countries' metro manufacturers and vehicle consumers,this paper holds that the statistical motor's vertical dynamic load would provide a basis for motor's intensity design and life-circle prediction.
