摘要
根据BOT模式含义与适用范围的简要阐述以及城市轨道交通项目内外经济特性的系统分析 ,归纳总结了BOT模式在城市轨道交通项目中运用时存在的问题。城市轨道交通建设应以政府主导和市场运作相结合的方式展开。
Based on the definition and applicability of BOT mode,the systematic analysis of the economic characters of UMT both inside and outside,the authors discusse the problems of BOT in UMT projects and come to a conclusion that the construction of UMT shall be carried on with the integration of government leadership and market operation.
