低磨耗高速客车转向架径向机构参数研究

摘要 简要介绍了低磨耗高速客车径向转向架的结构 ,分析了拉压杆式径向机构的结构特点 ,建立了拉压杆式径向机构的动力学模型。利用SIMPACK仿真程序分析计算了低磨耗高速客车径向转向架车辆的动力学性能 。 The structure of low-wear radial bogies for high speed passenger cars is described briefly. The structure features of the pull and press type radial mechanism are analyzed, and the dynamics model of the pull and press type radial mechanism is set up. The dynamics performance of the high speed passenger cars with low-wear radial bogies is analyzed and calculated with the simpack simulation program. The effects of the radial mechanism parameters on the dynamics performance of cars are researched. The radial mechanism parameters are optimized.
