无张力阴道悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁

摘要 目的　探讨无张力阴道悬吊术 (Tension -freevaginaltake ,TVT)手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性。方法　回顾分析自 1999年 5月 - 2 0 0 4年 1月 ,应用TVT手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果及其并发症。结果34例尿失禁患者 (其中 2 9例单纯性压力性尿失禁 ,5例混合型尿失禁 )接受TVT手术 ,31例 (88.5 % )术后尿功能恢复良好 ,3例 (11.5 % )发生排尿困难 ,经导尿及药物治疗后恢复正常排尿功能。TVT手术的成功率为 10 0 %。结论TVT手术具有操作简单、微创、风险小、并发症少、术后恢复快、近期治愈率高等优点 ,是一种治疗压力性尿失禁的手术。
