大肠癌患者血清细胞间粘附分子1测定的临床意义

摘要 目的 探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule1,sICAM1)的检测在大肠癌患者中的临床价值。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定 5 6例大肠癌患者及 2 5例大肠良性病变外周血清中sICAM1的含量。比较sICAM1的含量与临床分期、病理分化及转移的关系。结果 肿瘤局限于黏膜层及黏膜下层和肌层、浆膜下层时 ,血清中sICAM1的含量 (36 9.4 3± 6 2 .81) μg L与对照组 (345 .72± 4 9.81) μg L无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;但当肿瘤侵犯到浆膜层和浆膜外时 ,sICAM1的含量为 (72 6 .91± 10 5 .0 4 ) μg L ,显著高于对照组 [(345 .72±4 9.81) μg L](P <0 .0 1)。淋巴转移组的显著高于未发生淋巴转移组 (P <0 .0 1)。低分化组又显著高于高、中分化组 (P <0 .0 1)。Dukes’C、D期组又显著高于Dukes’A、B期 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大肠癌患者外周血中sICAM1含量与临床分期、病理分化及转移的关系密切。 Objective To study Serum level of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule1(sICAM1)of clinic meaning in Colorectal Carciˉnoma.Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method were used to test serum level of sICAM1in56colorectal cancer casˉes and25colorectal disease cases.Results Mean serum concentration of sICAM1(369.43±62.81)μg.Lwere found to be no significant differˉence in those patients whose tumor limited in the intestines than in the control group(P>0.05).While the tumor penetrated the intestines,mean serum sICAM1levels(726.91±105.04)μg.Lwere found to be higher than in the control group(P<0.01).Mean serum concentration of sICAM1were higher in the node metastatic group than in the non-node metastatic group(P<0.01).Mean serum concentrations of sIˉCAM1were significantly defferent between undifferented groups and well-differented groups.Mean serum concentrations of sICAM1were signifˉicantly higher in patients with Dukes'C and Dukes'D than in the The Dukes'A and Dukes'B.Conclusion Mean serum concentrations of sIˉCAM1plays a key role in the pathologic differential,stages of clinic and metastasis.
