摘要
目的:了解杆卡附着体下颌种植覆盖总义齿的临床应用效果。方法:对21例下颌牙缺失患者各植入2颗种植体 ,4个月后 ,行杆卡附着体覆盖总义齿制作,定期进行追踪检查 ,对其机械并发症及修理情况进行登记 ,并在修复完成后3个月 ,进行义齿满意度调查。结果:在1年的追踪期内 ,种植体全部成功 ,出现6次机械并发症,其中覆盖义齿折断1次 ,杆卡附着体固位螺丝松动2次 ,基台折断1次 ,卡松紧度调整2次 ;种植体周围牙槽骨高度丧失0.8±0.6mm ;修复后3个月 ,患者的美观、语音、咀嚼、固位、舒适的满意度分别为100.0 %、76.2 %、71.4 %、100.0 %、85.7 %。结论:杆卡附着体种植覆盖总义齿修复下颌牙缺失的临床效果满意。
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of implant-supported mandibular overdentures retained with bar-clip attachments.Methods:21mandibular overdentures each supported by2implants were retained with bar-clip attachments.By1-year clinical following survey,the implant bone integration was examined by X-ray and the complication of superstructures was studied.A questionnaire on satisfaction was used in this study in order to analyse the validity and stability3months after the complete overdentures were made. Results:After1-year clinical following survey,the X-ray showed that all the implants had excellent bone integration,but marginal bone loss was0.8±0.6mm,and2bar abutments connecting screwloosen,1bar abut-ments broken,2clip loosen,1overdenture broken.The rate ofsatisfactionwithretention,esthetics,speech,mas-tication and comfortablity were 100.0%,76.2%,71.4%,100.0%and85.7%respec tively after3months.Conclu-sion:The clinical effects of mandibular overdentures retained with bar-clip are perfect.
