摘要
本文系统研究了普鲁卡因,利多卡因,丁卡因等3种局部麻醉药的液相色谱安培法检测行法,并与液相色谱光度法检测结果进行了比较。
A liquid chromatographic procedure combined with amperometric detection (LCEC) was developed for the determination of some local anaesthetics , based on the investigation of the electrochemical behavior of the analytes by cyclic voltammetry. The established LCEC method for local anaesthetics proved to be completely comparable with liquid chromatography/ultra-viollet spectrometric detection at 254 nm.
