摘要
义务教育是我国的一项基本国策,北京市早在1990年就全面实现了所有学龄儿童义务教育,普及率达到了100%。这些年所走过的义务教育之路,取得了巨大的成绩,但也还有许多令人不满意的地方,需要我们做进一步的探索和研究。本文主要从两个方面来阐述义务教育存在的不均衡问题一是从教育经费的投入方面,一是从人事制度方面师资力量的不均衡来进行论述,并试图提出一些建议来解决我市的义务教育不均衡问题。
Compulsory education is a fundamental state policy in our country. Early in 1990, Beijing has already made nine-year compulsory education basically universal, and great achierements have been made. However, there are still a lot of questions to be settled, mainly embody in unbalanced education development. To solve the problem, we should make greater efforts both in teachers and in education funds.
