摘要 目的 :通过研究小鼠肺纤维化组织和正常肺组织基因的差异表达 ,寻找与纤维化相关的基因。方法 :以包含 4 0 96个cDNA基因表达谱芯片研究不同时间肺纤维化的基因表达谱。结果 :共筛选出差异表达基因2 71条 ,包括高表达的炎性基因 4 3条和与细胞外基质代谢有关的基因 4 6条 ,112条基因表达下降。结论 :基于cD
