摘要 目的对大批量SARS发热留滞人员胸部X线照片质量的分析 ,探索摄影技术及防护方法 ,确保医护人员的健康。方法采用站立后前位 ,增加管电压及管电流投照 ,尽量减少放射工作人员与病员的直接接触。结果疑似病例 1例 ,甲片 5 6 .8% ,图象层次清晰 ,放射工作人员无一位感染。结论该方法安全快捷 ,对其他呼吸系统传染性疾病均实用。 Objective To study the quality of chest plain film with feverish patients, and investigate the way of examination, protect the doctor's health.Methods The usual position , high kV and mA. Avoid the direct touch with patients and doctors. Results One hypochondriasis, the first rate is 56.8%. The film is clear. None of doctors was influenced.Conclusion This method is safe and quickly. It's uesful to other infectious diseases of lungs.
