胺碘酮对老年人甲状腺功能的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :研究广州长期口服胺碘酮的老年心律失常患者的甲状腺功能改变的临床特征。方法 :2 0例在服药前、服药后和停药后 6个月 3个时间点 ,用放射免疫法采血测量甲状腺功能相关指标。结果 :17例出现甲状腺功能减退(甲减 )。 3例出现甲状腺功能亢进 (甲亢 ) ,结论 :胺碘酮可能通过增加碘摄入以及其本身与甲状腺激素相似的化学结构而引起甲状腺功能异常 ;胺碘酮引起甲状腺功能异常的类型在食物富碘的广州地区以甲减为主 ;自身免疫在药物所致的甲状腺功能异常中不起主要作用。与一般老年人的甲减不同 ,胺碘酮引起甲减不需终身服药。
